Application form and Fee for examination

1. The application form is included in this advertisement. The Application form is to be downloaded for making application in A4 size [30 cms. X 20 cms.] papers (using only one side of paper).
2. The completed application form along with the enclosures specified in para 12 ofthis advertisement , should be sent by Registered Post to the concerned SSA at the address specified in the table on page no. 1 & 2 of this notification , so as to reach the concerned SSA by 31.05.2013.6 The envelope containing application form should be marked “Application for the post for DR TTA in BSNL,……….SSA” in bold letters on the top of the envelope.
3. An examination fee of Rs 500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) is payable in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order drawn in favour of Accounts Officer(Cash) of the concerned SSA, payable at the concerned SSA city as specified in table on page no. 1&2 of this advertisement. The amount of fee shall not be accepted in any other form.
