QUALIFICATION :
The candidate should be a Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICWA or regular full time MBA or 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in finance or equivalent degree from a State or Central Govt. recognized University /College, with
1 Minimum 65% marks in aggregate in case of General / Unreserved and OBC category candidates of M.P.Domicile and candidates of all categories not having M.P. Domicile.
2 Minimum 55% in case of SC / ST / Handicapped category candidates having M.P. Domicile.
EXPERIENCE:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years post qualifying degree experience in the field of finance and accounts on a post equivalent to Accounts Officer.

Maximum age Limit : 35 year
SALARY:
On regular appointment as Deputy Director (Senior Accounts Officer), he / she shall be absorbed in the pay scale having basic pay Rs.19,500 + other allowances as specified in the Wage Structure of the Company. The appointed Deputy Director (Senior Accounts Officer) shall be eligible for the New Defined Contributory Pension Scheme.

The candidates short listed for interview shall be permitted to appear for interview only after verification of the following original certificates / documents about their eligibility:
1. Higher Secondary or High School Examination certificate in support of date of birth,
2. Certificate of Chartered Accountant, ICWA pass or regular full time MBA or 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in Management in finance or any equivalent Degree course with mark sheet for every semester / year of education, from a recognized university,
3. Work experience certificate duly signed by Head of HR Department.
4. Caste certificate, (in case of reserved category candidates) issued by concerned Sub Divisional Officer (SDO),
5. Certificate of disability (in case of handicapped persons) issued by District Medical Officer,
6. Domicile certificate, in case of candidates applying for reserved posts,
7. Candidates serving in government / semi government / public sector organisation should submit N.O.C. from their present employer,
8. Photo identity card (Passport / Driving license / Voter ID / Bank pass book),
9. Proof of permanent address,
10. Widow / Divorcee lady should submit death certificate / legal proof as applicable.
