RECRUITMENT OF TEMPORARY CONSTABLE (DRIVER) IN DELHI POLICE

Age (As on 01.01.2012):
21 to 30 years as on 01.01.2012 relaxable upto :-
(i) 35 years for SC/ST and departmental candidates.
(ii) 33 years for OBC candidates.
(iii)Ex-servicemen as per rules.
Educational & other Qualification:
(i) 10th Pass
(ii) Should be able to drive heavy vehicles with confidence.
(iii) Valid HTV driving licence for driving heavy motor vehicles.
(iv) Should possess knowledge of maintenance of vehicles.
Physical Standard:
Height: Minimum 170 cms. Relaxable by 5 cms for residents of hill areas & ST candidates.
Chest: Minimum 81 cms to 85 cms (with minimum of 4 cms expansion). Relaxable by 5 cms for residents of hill areas & ST candidates.
Application Fee:
the fee of Rs 100/- in the form of Demand/Bank Draft/Banker's cheque in favour of DCP/Recruitment Cell, New Police Lines, Delhi (Payable at Delhi) through ordinary post to Post Box No. 8020, Delhi-110033, and write on the top of the envelope “Application for the Post of Constable (Driver) in Delhi Police -2012".
